My thoughts on Candidate Trump

And Why #NeverTrump Is Deplorable At This Point In The Election.

I’ve gone back and forth on my opinion of Donald Trump more times than a high school prom queen trying to pick a dress. Here’s my bottom line: Was he my first pick? No. Do I think he’s perfect? No. Is he better than Hillary? Absolutely! A caller said it best on Michael Hausam’s radio show this morning:

“#NeverTrump might as well be #VoteHillary”.

I’ve heard a lot of people say that they “can’t vote for the lesser of two evils” but let me just say this: Our government has always been the lesser of two evils between absolute rule and anarchy. We’ve always had to make that decision on almost everything else so I don’t see why this is different.

A lot but not all of the #NeverTrump people are the same ones that didn’t want to vote for Mitt Romney because of his Mormon beliefs in 2012.

Can anyone honestly say that that played out well? But what the heck do I know? I’m just a 21 year old college kid with a blog and a podcast.
